Loyalty Rewards Program – Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
Our Loyalty Rewards Program allows customers to earn Loops for every purchase made in-store. Accumulated Loops can be redeemed for selected rewards once the required threshold has been reached.
Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Earning Loops
- Customers earn 10 Loops for every £1 spent on eligible purchases.
- Loops are awarded based on the final amount paid at checkout.
- Loops are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Loops may only be earned on purchases made directly in our store.
3. Redeeming Rewards
Once enough Loops have been accumulated, customers may redeem them for rewards.

Additional conditions:
- Rewards must be redeemed at the time of purchase.
- Only one reward redemption per qualifying transaction unless stated otherwise.
- Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for other menu items unless approved by staff.
- Rewards are subject to availability.
4. Minimum Spend Requirements
Rewards can only be redeemed once the required Loops threshold has been reached through qualifying purchases.
Example: To redeem a 150 Loop reward, a minimum of £15 spend must have been accumulated.
5. Expiry of Loops
- Loops may expire if there has been no account activity for 12 months.
- The business reserves the right to modify expiry rules with notice.
6. Program Abuse
The loyalty program may not be used for:
- Fraudulent activity
- Attempted manipulation of the program
- Commercial resale of rewards
Accounts suspected of misuse may be suspended or terminated and Loops forfeited.
7. Changes to the Program
We reserve the right to:
- Modify reward tiers
- Change Loop earning rates
- Substitute reward items
- Update these Terms & Conditions
Any changes will take effect once published in store or online.
8. Availability
Rewards are subject to:
- Ingredient availability
- Store opening hours
- Operational capacity
If a reward item is unavailable, a similar item of equal or lower value may be offered.
9. General
- Loops have no monetary value.
- Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Participation in the program indicates acceptance of these terms.
