REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 14 day return policy for all orders, however there are certain requirements that will need to be adhered to in order for us to issue a refund:
- All orders will need to be returned to us in their original state. This includes the original seal on any bottles being completely unopened and in tact.
- All returns will need to be paid for by the customer unless there is a default upon delivery. In this circumstance we would require photographic proof of the default as soon as it is delivered to the customer.
- We advise that the customer obtains proof of return, such as a tracking number when sending the item back to us.
- We can refund or exchange your item, depending on which one you require.
