Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our organisation. Duties
Lead and supervise team members to achieve operational targets while maintaining high levels of motivation and morale.
Organise and delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth daily operations across departments such as retail management, sales, merchandising, and administrative functions.
Monitor staff performance through regular feedback, coaching, and conducting appraisals to promote professional development.
Ensure adherence to company policies, health & safety regulations, and quality standards at all times.
Manage scheduling, attendance, and time management of team members to optimise productivity.
Oversee stock levels, merchandising displays, and sales strategies to maximise revenue opportunities.
Handle customer queries professionally in person, demonstrating excellent etiquette and organisational skills.
Promote a positive organisational culture centred around teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.
Experience
Proven supervisory or management experience within hospitality environments is essential.
Demonstrable experience in team management, including supervising staff across multiple shifts or locations.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure.
Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative working environment.
